Steps Required
1. Go to Tumblr.com and Login to your Tumblr Account.
2. Now Click the Customize Link on your Tumblr Dashboard.
3. Now Click on the Theme tab and Click on the Custom Theme Button
4. Now Search for the </body> tag
5. Now Paste the below JavaScript before the </body> tag

6. Now add the following code lines before {block:ContentSource}to show the Google +1 Share Button.
